Industrial Accounts & Roll-off Service
Do you know the weight of your scrap metal before it is taken away? Do you separate the different grades to get the best price? Do you document your scrap sales to ensure that all scrap is accounted for and that you are fully paid?
With over 40 years of experience, Ready Metals specializes in Industrial Scrap Management. One key to getting the most value from your scrap is to separate grades whenever possible. Making a few adjustments in your scrap reclamation process, such as allowing Ready Metals to provide additional bins, will ensure that you receive the best possible price.
Local Business & Community Service
Ready Metals provides recycling service to the community and local businesses six days a week. Our 20,000 square foot facility is entirely indoors so you don't have to contend with a dusty scrap yard, bad weather, or glaring sun.
When arriving at Ready Metals we ask that you have your scrap metal separated prior to arrival so that we may provide all of our customers with the most efficient service possible. Always ask us for assistance during your visit, and feel free to contact us any time for todays pricing.
Gun Range Lead Recovery & Recycling
We provide gun/shooting range lead recovery & recycling services. Harvesting the lead that gets shot into your shooting trap is done to prevent come backs/ricochet and to keep lead dust down. Ready Metals will separate your lead from the rubber, remove the harvested lead and clean up your range so you are ready, with little down time (usually not more than 1 to 2 days), to welcome back your happy customers.
We Buy the Following Materials
Ready Metals purchases all types of industrial and commercial non-ferrous and ferrous scrap metals, including, but not limited to: Copper, Brass, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Nickel, Alloys, Titanium, Lead, Steel, and Iron.
Items That Require Certification include: Burned Wire (letter from the fire department), HVAC Equipment (proof of licensure as a HVAC technician or contractor, and include a purchase receipt that shows the equipment has been replaced), Cemetery Placards or Vases (letter of authorization to sell), and finally Communication Wire (letter of authorization from the company).
Ready Metals was founded by Fort Worth native, Rocky Adams, in January of 2012 to offer a better scrap sales option for the people and businesses of East Fort Worth. Prior to starting Ready Metals, Rocky had 33 years of experience at publicly traded Commercial Metals Company. Rocky was an Assistant Manager and Manager of the Dallas Liberty yard, then served as Regional Manager for CMC's Southern Division, eventually ending his career at CMC as the Vice President of M&A.
Ready Metals was built with a clear vision to become a scrap metal recycling company that would provide unparalleled roll-off container service for larger industrial accounts, while also offering a very unique drive-thru indoor experience for local individuals and small businesses.
That vision included the hiring of Andy Kelly, an experienced Manager and Operations expert in the scrap metal industry with more than 9 years experience at CMC before landing at Ready Metals. Andy soon became a Partner with the company and eventually bought the business from Rocky in June of 2019. Andy's experience and leadership has allowed Ready Metals to remain a constant for its customers during a very volatile and unique time in American history.
Ready Metals has made a significant impact as both a dealer and a service provider for the Industrial Accounts Scrap Management industry. Now we invite you to see what RM is all about so we can make an impact on you!
